Transfer completed 100%...and it freezes

Does anybody have the same problem with me ?
On my PC runing Vista Bussines if i try to upload jpeg files to the print lab i get the message after sending the first file that the transfer is completed but it doesnt pick the next file and everything stops.If i continue to try send the files maybe after one.two or three times it works and sometimes it works from the first attempt.
Anyone with similar problem?
Any suggestions ?

Are you using FTP or HTTP transfer ?
Also, how long take the upload ? More than 15 minutes ?
Finally, if you're using FTP then which FTP server are you using ?

Thanks for the reply.
The lab told me they using FTP ,the time to upload depends on how many files i send and most of the time it is more than 15 min,but each file to upload doesnt take more than 15 min.
They using UNIX server.

It could freeze when FTP command channel times out but not for upload < 15 minutes (except if you have a specific FTP configuration). Could you provide an URL to let me check the problem from here ? You could send testing URL and info to support(at)jfileupload(dot)com

I send jpeg files to my printing lab and they told me this problem has something to do with my OS Vista Bussines.They dont have similar problems with other customers with XP.

Does it really freeze ? You cannot press any button ? This page is planned to forward to another page. Maybe you have Internet Explorer 7 that doesn't allow pop-up so the forward cannot occur.
I going to make a test under Vista too.

I've made a test under Vista with Internet Explorer 7 and it seems to works. It redirects to another page after upload. Does your problem occur after upload or download ?

Do you have any Norton Internet Security (or tool like this) enabled ?

On my pc runs NOD 32 - PC Tools Spyware doctor - Windows Firewall
Continuing to send files to the lab sometimes(2 out of 10) it works but mostly it freezes at 100% transfering.
I closed this programs try to upload but nothing.
