There was another bug in folders download. It has been fixed too. I can provide a beta version if you want.

I would like to try the beta. How do I get my hands on it? Based on my testing to date, I think I am ready to buy your applet. I have found a few more bugs (I will get those out to you later today or tomorrow), but overall I think it looks pretty good.

I hate to beg, but would it be also possible for you to throw into the beta two additional "user" commands that I talked about earlier to the right-click popup? If selecting one of the user commands simply sends the selected file or folder name with the user command up to the server-side script and then does a listing refresh (much like the existing delete command does) I will be set and I can then use your applet in this particular application.
