That gives me an PermanentRedirect error.

I have created an eu bucket.

it is working

I create two new buckets. One in US and one in EU.

I have success uploaded 5 images to the US and the EU bucket and a new folder was created and the files was placed in that folder

For redirect issue, I had the same after creating EU bucket. After a few hours/minutes (DNS update) then it worked.
