Java applet doesn't show up

Hi,
Since a month I'm using the Jfileupload for my customers for uploading files. However a lot of customers are complaining because they don't see the Java applet. It doesn't appear at all and the customers don't get any error.
I tried it myself on multiple pc's and browser and I don't have the problems.
Does anyone have an idea how to solve these problems?
