pack.gz in error log

I've already registered my new copy of jfileupload.
everything seems to be working fine, except the server's error log, keeps printing error line each time the component is used:
file does not exist: .... java/jfileupload.jar.pack.gz
file does not exist: .... java/license.oxw.pack.gz
file does not exist: .... java/clogging.jar.pack.gz
and so on....
the files are in the directory, but extensions are jar only.
should I make any package pack.gz ?
will speed loading time...?
please any help will be appreciated,
