Where can I download enterprise edition updates?

My company have been using enterprise edition since 2010 ... unfortunately nobody can remember how we usually obtain updates! (we may not have installed one for a while ....)
I assume the "Customers" link above would have a enterprise download option, unfortunately that area of the site appears to be broken ("Forbidden"), where can I get the updates from?
