File Transfer Protocol

FTP (File Transfer Protocol) and Windows Firewall Issues.? I am currently the administrator of a a computer running Windows Server 2008. However this is not the problem. I have set up an FTP successfully and can access it through 192.168.1.2 which is the computers static IP, however when I try to access the FTP from the global IP I cannot gain access, but I get the pop-up windows requesting me for my username and password which of course I enter correctly. When I disable Windows Firewall I can access it using the Global IP. Yes port 20 and 21 has been added.
