Your SSL certificate on web server is not trusted, that's you get this warning.
You should not get this error if you try with HTTP instead of HTTPS

Did you update JSAPI to 3.2 too?

It should work, are you sure you've updated all 3 ARCHIVE parameters in JavaScript with the missing lib?
