Remote files not showing

I have had a few complaints about remote users unable to see the server files. Local files populate. I assume this is a firewall issue on their side. what ports do I need to tell them to open for them to browse remote files?

Re: Recursive delete does not work

I have added the EVERYONE group with full control and the problem continues to happen. If it was a rights issue, I would not be able to delete the folder at all, but I can delete it when it is empty. Any further ideas would be appreciated.

Re: Recursive delete does not work

It throws up an alert box with "Delete" in the title bar and the message is "Cannon Delete xxxxx" where xxxxx = folder name. OK is the only option

Re: Recursive delete does not work

Yes. I can delete single files, or highlight multiple files and delete. I can delete empty folders, but I can't delete a folder if there is anything in it.

Recursive delete does not work

I can't delete folders that contain files or other folders on the remote side. I thought this was a feature of the product. Perhaps I have a misconfiguration?

Running PHP/iis 6.0/fastcgi.

Your help is very much apprecitated.

Date incorrect after upload

When I upload any file via jdiskexplorer, the uploaded file shows a date of 1/15/1970. I am using explorer.php/process.php on an iis6 server using fastcgi. Please give me a clue as to why this is happening. thank you.

Re: socketException

I have this issue solved. In addition to all the metabase.xml values that realate to timeouts and filesize, there is a letting in IIS 6.0 for Fastcgi implentations that needs to be set to accomodate connections that last longer than 90 seconds. If you are running fastcgi and PHP on iis6.0 you must s...
