My license key works for my www.mydomain.com but not my subdomain.mydomain.com

Should I have just entered mydomain.com when purchasing?

I am testing out the disk explorer (i.e. not registered yet).

Everything works fine at the top level directory, but when I go to a subdirectory the transfer fails.

jfileload works on both the parent and the subdirectory?
